(KFFL) The Associated Press reports the Buffalo Bills are expected to promote WR James Hardy (knee) to their active roster because he has shown that he is fully recovered from knee surgery. Hardy has been on the Physically Unable to Perform List, but began practicing two weeks ago. The team has a bye week in Week 9.
