Allowing pickup of players after the Thursday game as long as the player added did not play Thursday. 2. Update for the 2009 season. I will begin to require a deposit for all of my dynasty/keeper leagues. This year the regular $100 will be due by the time trading resumes. Then prior to the NFL season beginning each team will be required to send a $25 deposit towards the 2010 season ($125 total this year). Next year you would then pay $100 ($75 for 2010 and $25 to 2011 deposit). If an owner chooses to leave the league I will try my hardest to sell the team at the full $100 price. If this can be done the owner will get back their $25 deposit. However, if not a $25 deposit may be extended to a new owner. With the number of teams that turnover for various reasons this is to help make it a little easier to replace teams that are left in disarray. 3. Also, this past season trading draft picks from future years required league dues paid for that season. Beginning next season you will only be required to pay 1/2 ($50) of next season's dues if you trade away picks. | |

| The revised rules state that blind bid waivers end on Thursdays at 9 p.m. eastern unless there's a Thursday game in which case blind bid waivers end on Wednesday at 9 p.m. eastern. Why not just make blind bid waivers end on Wednesday every week? And then allow FCFS waivers after that until Sunday kickoff? Seems simpler. |

| We actually ran with all of the blind bid waivers done on Wednesday's this season for that very reason. The allowing until Sunday when there are Thursday games is the new thing being proposed. | |

| Okay, it just says something different in the rules you just sent out. I'm in favor of extending the FCFS waivers until Sunday no matter the schedule. |
